The terms and conditions for using DG Link services
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DG Link Network's services. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both DG Link and our customers and form a binding agreement between us.
Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using any service provided by DG Link Network Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
DG Link provides fiber optic internet connectivity and related services to residential and business customers in Tanahun district and surrounding areas. Service availability, speeds, and features depend on your location and the plan you choose.
Billing & Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the plan selected. Payments must be made by the due date to avoid service interruption. Late payments may result in service suspension and reconnection charges. All prices are in Nepali Rupees and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activity, to distribute malware, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to disrupt the network or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, occasional outages, maintenance, or speed variations may occur due to technical, environmental, or third-party factors. DG Link is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support. Refunds for prepaid amounts, if any, will be processed according to our refund policy. Equipment provided on rental basis must be returned in working condition.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanahun district.
